Early access · Chambers of commerce

Every member is load-bearing.

Chamber Ace is a member directory and an events system, built for the person who runs the chamber. It connects to the platform you already use, so none of your records have to move.

Your chamber The keystone

At launch

Two things, done properly.

A directory your members are proud to appear in, and an events system that survives a sold-out annual dinner.

Member directory

Ready

One record per member, and one place your staff and your members both trust.

  • Search that forgives Find a member by what they do, not only by what they are called. Misspellings still land.
  • A record that holds everything Contacts, categories, renewal date, and the notes your predecessor kept on paper.
  • Members maintain their own listing They update hours and photos; you approve the change or let it through.
  • Your data leaves whenever you want Full CSV export, self-serve, no ticket required.

Events

Ready

From the first save-the-date to the name badge at the door.

  • Registration that handles the awkward cases Capacity, waitlists, member and non-member pricing, and a table of eight booked by one person.
  • Check people in from a phone At the door, on the chamber’s own phone, with no extra hardware to charge.
  • Reminders that send themselves Confirmation on signup, a nudge before the day, a thank-you after.
  • Attendance lands back on the member So you can see who has not come to anything since 2023.

Dues, invoicing and sponsorship tracking are on the list, not in the product. We will tell you when they are close.

Bring your own platform

Keep the system you already run.

Chamber Ace reads from the major chamber management platforms over their API. Your records stay where they are — we mirror them, and write back only the changes you approve.

No migration weekend. Nobody re-keys four hundred members into a new system on a Saturday.

Not on one of those platforms, or still keeping the list in a spreadsheet? A CSV import gets you to exactly the same place.

  1. Connect

Paste in an API key from your current platform. That is the whole technical step, and it does not need your IT volunteer.

  2. Review

We show you every record we matched and every one we could not, before a single thing syncs. You decide what comes across.

  3. Run

Sync nightly, or press the button yourself. Conflicts get held for you rather than silently overwritten.

Who this is for

Most chambers run on one and a half people.

That person answers the phone, chases renewals, lays out the newsletter and sets the room for the mixer. Software that needs a project plan is no use to them. Chamber Ace is built to be learned between two phone calls.

The directory

is what your members judge the chamber by

The events

are how the year gets measured

Everything else

is admin, and should get out of the way

Straight answers

The things chambers ask us first.

It's in early access. The member directory and events are finished and in daily use, and we're taking on a small number of chambers at a time so we can set each one up properly. If what you need today is full accounting or a sponsorship CRM, we're not there yet — tell us anyway. It shapes the order we build in.

Talk to us

Ask for a look.

Fifteen minutes, no slides. If you send your member list ahead of time we will load it first, so you are looking at your own chamber rather than a demo one.

Who you will speak to
The people building it. There is no sales team to hand you off to yet.
What we will ask
Which platform you run today, roughly how many members, and what breaks most often.
What happens next
A written summary of what Chamber Ace would and would not do for you — including where it falls short.
How many eagles? A photograph containing a number of eagles. Count them to answer the question.

We use this to reply to you and nothing else. See the privacy notice and terms.
