What you are agreeing to

By using Chamber Ace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a chamber, you are confirming you have the authority to do that.

Early access

Chamber Ace is in early access. The member directory and events are complete and supported. Anything labelled Preview — including Insights — may change or be withdrawn, and should not be relied on for reporting to a board.

Your data stays yours

Your member records, listings and event history belong to your chamber. We hold them to run the service for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models. You can export everything yourself at any time, and we delete our copy within 30 days of you closing the account.

What we ask of you

  • Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if they are compromised.
  • Only upload member data you are entitled to hold and use.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use Chamber Ace to send unsolicited bulk email.

Availability

We aim to keep Chamber Ace running and to give notice before planned maintenance. During early access we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. If we have an outage that affects you, we will tell you what happened.

The assistant

The in-app assistant is a beta feature. Its answers can be wrong or out of date. They are not advice, and they are not statements by Chamber Ace or by your chamber. Verify anything you intend to act on.

Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Chambers who join during early access keep their rate for two years. You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Chamber Ace whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that harms other users or breaks the law, and we will explain why when we do.

Liability

Chamber Ace is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will email chambers using the product and post the change here before it takes effect.
