The short version
We collect what we need to reply to you and to run the product, and nothing else. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your members' data to train anything.
When you ask for a demo
The form on our home page asks for your name, chamber, work email, and optionally a phone number and rough member count. That message is emailed to our team through Amazon SES and we use it to reply to you. We keep it for as long as we are in conversation, and delete it on request.
The form is rate-limited by IP address to stop automated abuse. We hold those addresses only in memory, briefly, for that purpose.
When you use the application
If your chamber uses Chamber Ace, we process the member and event records you put in or sync in. Your chamber controls that data; we hold it on your behalf. You can export all of it yourself at any time from Settings → Chamber → Your data, and if you close your account we delete our copy within 30 days.
The assistant
The in-app assistant is in beta. Messages you type into it are sent to our own service to generate a reply. Do not paste anything into it that you would not want leaving your office — treat it as you would any other beta feature.
Third parties we rely on
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and, through SES, the email our forms send.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — page-level traffic measurement. It does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.
- Google Fonts — our typefaces load from Google's servers, which means Google sees the IP address of anyone who loads a page.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The application sets only what is needed to keep you signed in.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@chamberace.com and a person will answer. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, exercising them costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and email chambers using the product rather than quietly editing it.
